Senior Vice President, Membership Operations
Kim Pasquale is the Senior Vice President of Member Engagement. She has oversight of CMAA's chapter and member services, member communities, Career Services, student development programs, communications and outreach and national conferences/events. Kim creates and implements the Association's membership recruitment, retention and renewal programs; is responsible for the integrity of the Association’s contact management system/database; directs chapter operations and alignment; is a staff liaison to several national committees; serves as a coordinator for the annual Leadership/Legislative Conference (LLC), Mid Management Conference (MMC) and National Student Education Conference (NSEC); oversees World Conference arrangements and logistics; handles CMAA’s national board election and voting processes/procedures; and contributes to all Association publications/member communications.
Kim joined the CMAA staff in September 1991. She also worked at the Coral Ridge Country Club in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in several club departments. She has a BA in English/Psychology from Clemson University and is a proud alumna – Go Tigers! She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and attends national and local conferences as often as possible. As a member of International Country Club in Fairfax, VA, Kim participates on the House and Planning Committees and is learning to play golf (sort of). She and her family can be found near/on a baseball diamond in the spring, summer and fall.
