Golf Facilities

18 hole course, par 69, designed by Banks/George

Very active golf membership with Halfway House at hole 10. Recent full Bunker Rebuild (better Billy bunkers) and full restoration in 2003 by Lester George.

Brief Job Description

Food and Beverage Director in charge of all outlets including the development of the concept and operation needs of the new Family Center and Poolside dining and bars.

Candidate Qualifications

Must have successful track record in the field of F&B management with experience in all areas of the business. Club experience appreciated and a focus on organization and staff training towards building a culture of success and growth. College or Trade School credentails are a plus but years of experience and success trump education.

Educational Requirements

Hands on food and service experience important in speaking the language in each area of the department. Some catering experience helpful however we hvae a very successful banquet department and Director with sales over $1 million a year. Interest in continuing education embraced and supported.
