The successful candidate will be hands on operationally, and have demonstrated experience leading a team, possessing strong technical accounting knowledge and financial acumen. The role has oversight of all financial matters, including oversight of AP, AR, Payroll, IT and Purchasing / Receiving. Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, such as but not limited to revenue reconciliation, labor, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, operational forecasts. Prepares the annual budget and capital plan and holds department heads accountable for their performance against them. Maintains all licenses, permits and keeps all contracts current. Maintains all inventories and associated monthly reporting. Develop the management and accounting procedures associated with the sales and revenue sharing of accommodations. Prepare financial analysis and reporting for management, owners and investors. Become a champion of the Northstar Club Management Software.
Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA).
Minimum five years post qualification hospitality accounting experience preferred.
Experience using NorthStar Club Management Software preferred.
Experience with membership clubs and revenue sharing ownership accommodations preferred.
