Brief Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the continued success of a progressive and innovative organization.   As a key member of the management team, our Rooms Division Manager provides leadership to the Clubhouse Department managers and is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Club’s Front Office/Guest Rooms, Housekeeping, Laundry, Transportation, Security, and Locker Room Departments.

Position Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide progressive leadership to the Clubhouse Department, with an emphasis on continued building of a cohesive and motivated team
  • Financial:  Participate in the budgeting process and monitor budget implementation, ensuring that budgeted objectives are met
  • Operational:  Develop and implement standards of operation, ensuring the highest level of quality of every service provided to members and guests

Candidate Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications

  • College degree in hospitality management or related field
  • 3-5 years of club management experience in a private club or similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide progressive leadership
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
