Brief Job Description
Chef de Cuisine will oversee the daily operation and management of culinary functions at one of our restaurants. Position will ensure consistently excellent member satisfaction; maintain a high standard of cleanliness and facilities maintenance; achieve budget expectations through active revenue enhancement and cost control; maintain accurate accounting of sales and expenses; manage, mentor and motivate staff of 10+ employees; develops a menu program that evokes change seasonally; work with Executive Chef develop club and private function business. Great opportunity to work alongside a CMC.
Candidate Qualifications
This great opportunity is for a driven individual with a background in five star, five diamond establishments. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of successful culinary experience in a high volume restaurant or club enivronment. Leadership experience required. This individual must be able to contribute immediately to the on-going exceptional culinary experience at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
