Communications Coordinator

Brief Job Description

Communications Coordinator will work with employee team members and club members to develop and execute communication strategies through print and electronic media. The Coordinator will be expected to devlop rapid familiarity with the culture of the club, its members and the promotional and organizational along with the needs of its committees and staff.

The Communications Coordinator will assume responsibilty for devlopment, production, and editing of all of the club's written and electronic communications.

Candidate Qualifications

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Excellent writing, strategic communications and coordination skills
Adobe programs including InDesign and Illustrator
Creative and artistic skills
Manage club's website and social media platforms
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
Strong problem solving skills, a creative mindset and the ability to work under pressure
Photo/Video production skills or willingness to learn are considered an asset.

Educational Requirements

Degree in Communications, English, Graphic Design or related field.
