Our Tom Fazio designed golf course is consistently ranked as the #1 course in Louisiana by major golf publications. The club hosted the 2015 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur championship and is home to the Louisiana Tech University golf team.

Squire Creek Country Club is a full service country club located in Choudrant, Louisiana and near Louisiana Tech University. Our Tom Fazio golf course is consistently rated as the best in Louisiana and has hosted many national and regional events. Although our facilities are world-class, we pride ourselves in providing an unparalleled family-oriented club atmosphere for our 941 members and their guests. We have 32 guest rooms on site and have a large regional and national membership.

Brief Job Description

Squire Creek Country Club is seeking an energetic, outgoing Assistant Clubhouse Manager. This individual will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and leading all front of the house staff and directly assist the Clubhouse Manager with all duties. The succesful manager will ensure that all staff has a positive and friendly attitude aligning with our club culture. This will be a great entry level management position with lots of room to grow professionally and develop leadership skills for a career in the club and hospitality business.

Candidate Qualifications

Must have a "service first" attitude
Be a leader and coach to the staff
Have great organizaional skills
Be able to have fun at work while providing world-class service
Excellent communication skills

Educational Requirements

Four year college degree preferred but not necessary

$60,000.00 to $59,999.00
