Brief Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the continued success of a progressive and innovative organization.   As a key member of the management team, our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Club restaurants.

Position Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Provide progressive leadership to the restaurants, with an emphasis on continued building of a cohesive and motivated team
  • Operational:  Develop and implement standards of operation, ensuring the highest level of quality of every service provided to members and guests
  • Financial:  Participate in the budgeting process and monitor budget implementation, ensuring that budgeted objectives are met

Candidate Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of similar, supervisory experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or club environment

  • College degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
