Kimberly Clark Warren, CCM

Kimberly Clark Warren, CCM (Certified Club Manager), General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Saucon Valley Country Club, in Bethlehem, PA, was elected to the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 2023 World Conference, held in Orlando, FL. She was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term. Warren is the tenth female club management professional to be elected to the CMAA Board of Directors.

Prior to her current appointment, she served in management roles at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, GA; River Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX; and Houston Country Club in Houston, TX. She began his career in the club industry at Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, MD. Warren is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a focus on private clubs.

Warren first joined CMAA in 2002 and was an active Student Member from 1998-2002. She earned her CCM designation in 2012 and achieved admittance to CMAA’s Honor Society in 2020. She has volunteered on several CMAA national committees including the Chapter Relations, Communications, Corporate Relations, Membership, and Strategic Planning Committees. In 2024, she will co-chair the Professional Development Committee.  

On the chapter level, Warren has been active in the Georgia, Philadelphia and Vicinity, and Texas Lone Star Chapters.

As a CMAA Board member, Warren will work together with the membership, National Committees and Task Forces, Partners, and the National Headquarters team to advance the profession and the broader industry collaboratively.
