Chief Operating Officer
Kim Pasquale
As Chief Operating Officer, Kim Pasquale has oversight for member and chapter operations and engagement, Association bylaws and policies, career services and resources, communications and outreach, business development, and national conferences/events. Kim helps create and implement CMAA's membership recruitment, retention, and recognition programs; is responsible for the integrity of the Association’s membership management system [database]; guides CMAA Chapter affiliation and alignment efforts; oversees World Conference site selection, arrangements and logistics; manages the CMAA national Board of Directors election and voting processes/procedures; serves as staff liaison to several CMAA committees; and contributes to Association-wide publications and member communication mediums.
Kim joined the CMAA staff in September 1991. She also worked at the Coral Ridge Country Club in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in several club departments. She has a BA in English/Psychology from Clemson University and is a proud alumna–Go Tigers! She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and attends national and local education programs as often as possible. As a member of International Country Club in Fairfax, VA, Kim participates on the Membership and Planning Committees and occasionally attempts to play golf. She and her family reside in northern Virginia.
