Entry Details

To understand the chapter’s buying power in the region to help bolster our sponsorship support, we asked for information regarding vendors utilized.  We listed different areas of the club where common vendors are used to support club operations.  We wanted to analyze vendor patronage and identify trends or new vendors.  This insight would be used to help vendors understand their position in our market and help justify sponsorship support of our chapter.

Implementation

We used Survey Monkey to create a questionnaire to seek one response from each club.  We created vendor categories where clubs can select which vendors they utilize.  We also allowed for input of vendors not listed.  With the survey findings, we gained strong insight on how our collecting purchasing power might be leveraged to support our chapter programming and support.  Annual sponsorship support chapter expenses, education and meeting expenses, and enhance our events.
