The Florida Chapter strongly believes in member recognition. Our members work hard to improve their skills and accomplishments and who doesn't like getting a birthday hello and shout out from milestones.

Implementation

Members are sent cards and a personalized email for their birthday, Emails are sent when members have been awarded their CCM/CCE and when they have reached membership milestones.  Our members comment on the fact that we took the time to recognize them.
