The Greater Southwest Chapter CMAA hosted a pivotal gathering, uniting leaders from across Arizona's organizations to paint a complete picture of industry goals, achievements, and challenges.   Key discussion points encompassed vital topics such as water management, navigating political landscapes, and addressing pressing labor issues.   This event aimed to empower members with profound insights into the industry's dynamics, fostering collaboration and strategic thinking among attendees and our allied associations.

Implementation

Reaction has been great!  And we are going to continue to expand to I worked with the other organizations to come up with a format and questions that we felt would benefit our membership.  Outstanding feedback from not only our chapter but our partner associations.
