Board Retreat

Entry Details

Our Chapter Board met for our annual retreat at the university of our student chapter and went over the board committee assignments.  Afterward the board met with the student chapter and brainstormed on how to enhance and improve our student chapter's experience.  The board came away from the meeting energized by the action plan for the chapter as well the robust plan for the student chapter to work closely with a club in the area to plan two events for the club.

Implementation

The board met with the university professors and club manager to coordinate the usage of the club near the university as a work & learn program where the students will plan and execute two events at the club for the benefit of the club members.  These will happen in the fall and next spring.
