The Carolinas Chapter, with the assistance from our Carolinas Yo-Pro Chairs, plan a meet-up at each of our Quarterly Conferences. This has enhanced the Chapter by creating opportunities to foster relationships among our future leaders.

Implementation

We will find a convenient restaurant or bar near the home base/host hotel for our event. We share the details for the meet up in the pre-event marketing - whether it be a happy hour or a post event meet up. It is informal and just gives people a place to meet and spend time together. The reaction from the membership is very positive and there is always a great turnout!
