Chapter Survey

Entry Details

The Chapter launched a member survey focused on satisfaction, programming and communications so that they could create the best education, information and networking opportunities possible. The Chapter’s new strategic plan focused on five key goals that were shaped by the results of the survey.

Implementation

When it was time to create a new, more comprehensive strategic plan, the Chapter engaged their trusted VVP, Strategic Club Solutions. With the Boards insights, SCS created the survey questions, launched the survey and compiled the results. Member participation was excellent and yielded a plethora of verbatim comments. The Chapter members appreciated the chance to share their opinions and expectations

After the completion of the survey, the Board met for a half day workshop led by SCS’s Ryan Doerr. A five goal plan was created based on the member survey, Board-generated SWOT analysis, and workshop.
