Entry Details
NJCMA felt it was time to make sure our chefs felt inclusive in the category of club management. This interest group has created this platform.
Implementation
The idea was implemented by a small core of chapter chefs who created an email group with all the executive chefs from NJ. On average at least 25-30 chefs have attended events and now there is an email communication for this group and a feeling of belonging to a strong community that cares and gives back.
