Collaborative Solutions for Success: Pathway to CCM

NJCMA is proud of all five study group members for successfully passing the CCM exam this past May! This group set a positive example as role models for others in the chapter, helping to grow the number of CCMs within CMAA, built camaraderie among members, promotes a culture of continuous education and enhances the overall professionalism within the chapter. By prioritizing collective success, the study group not only elevates individual members but also strengthens the community as a whole.

Implementation

Through chapter involvement and attending BMIs, NJCMA uncovered that there were five professionals who were set to sit for the CCM exam at the same time. Forming a study group enhances learning by allowing members to collaborate, share resources and fill knowledge gaps. It fosters accountability, improves retention and provides emotional support during the exam preparation process.  NJCMA celebrates the five dedicated professionals who committeed countless hours to their study group and ultimatley passed their CCM exam in May.
