Emotional Intelligence Workshop

Entry Details

The Emotional Intelligence workshop has enhanced our chapter by deepening our understanding of how emotional awareness and interpersonal skills impact our interactions and leadership. Members are now better equipped to navigate conflicts, collaborate more effectively, and lead with greater empathy, all of which contribute to a more positive and productive chapter dynamic.

Implementation

The idea was implemented through a full-day workshop aimed at developing and applying emotional intelligence skills.  The general reaction from chapter members has been overwhelmingly positive. Attendees were engaged throughout the entire day, indicating that the content resonated deeply with them. Overall, the workshop has proven to be a valuable enhancement to our chapter.
