The transformation of our conference brochure into an interactive PDF and flipbook has greatly enhanced our chapter by creating a more engaging and immersive experience for our members. This digital flipbook, featuring embedded videos of the venue and city and session previews from speakers, has elevated the way we showcase our events. The visually compelling layout and interactive elements have made the conference details more accessible and appealing, contributing to a stronger sense of anticipation and excitement among our members.

Implementation

This idea was implemented by incorporating interactive elements into our digital conference brochures, including embedded videos and hyperlinks to speakers' LinkedIn pages. The Chuawalkgua was introduced as an optional session but was highly recommended as part of the conference agenda. We promoted these sessions through the brochure, social media, and email campaigns, highlighting the benefits of combining physical activity with professional bonding.
