Entry Details

Through having detailed numbers every month about our Chapter membership and engagement in each of the 10 LANs (Local Area Networks) in our state, we can look at where we are trending compared to the previous year. These numbers can show us if we are seeing unusual trends in a certain area and allow us to investigate in the case that we need to solution increasing engagement or membership in a certain LAN.

Implementation

The Board appreciates having these bi-monthly reports to help them see at a detailed level via the chart and at a visual overview level via the graph how our engagement is trending for the year and versus the previous year. At the membership level, they benefit by us knowing to reach out in a certain LAN or membership category should engagement levels be lower than anticipated.
