Intern Mixers...AKA Choose Clubs Initiative

Entry Details

Our intern mixer series allowed us to connect with students, while showcasing to them the club industry! Building a foundation with local interns over the summer has increased their involvement with our chapter as well.

Implementation

Our host club venues jumped at the chance to host an intern mixer - they enjoyed hosting small group conversations and coming up with a fun education opportunity including pickleball lessons and mixology classes.  Member clubs enjoyed having an event to send their interns to, and many clubs sent several interns to the entire mixer series, which showed a great commitment to bettering these future club leaders!
