Expansion of communication options. Our chapter members appreciate seeing announcements through various forms of communication. We are consistent with sending announcements throughout all forms of media, pictures included. The membership has come to expect it and based on their participation, appreciates it. Success.

Implementation

We have seen a definite increase in member participation. Reminders are creative and change each time. Our goal being to not be overly repetitive or boring. Our biggest feedback has been from the increased size of our Peach Review newsletter which now includes accolades personal as well as professional. We try to include announcements from other publications that mention our members and have increased our photography initiative. Sometimes, a picture says it all.
