This onboarding process is designed to make it easy and convenient for new members to join and get involved while helping them feel welcomed and connected to the Chapter.

Implementation

The Ohio Valley Chapter is committed to providing a positive and welcoming onboarding experience for new members. To achieve this, the Chapter has partnered with Pipeline to create a digital welcome process for membership. This includes information on communication, engagement, certifications, opportunities to serve, partners and vendors, and an opportunity for feedback. In addition, OVC Board Members reach out to new members to welcome them to the Chapter and answer any questions they may have.   We've had incredible feedback from our new members, which has attributed directly to their engagement in chapter meetings and networking.
