Metropolitan Job Fair

In an effort to assist members in this challenging hiring market, the Metropolitan Chapter of CMAA, the Metropolitan GCSA and the Metropolitan PGA partnered on a job fair in an attempt to help area clubs acquire talented individuals who were interested in employment for the summer of 2022.

Implementation

Twenty clubs joined us us for our inaugural career fair and we had over 100 attendees pre-register and show. The day was a success and is where we also connected with our summer intern. We are confident that this event will be a success each year and continue to grow over time. Going forward we will add additional locations throughout the region. We were very happy with year one results.
