This idea has enhanced our chapter by adding an event just for our mid-level managers. Not only does it provide them with pertinent education but it provides them the opportunity to network and bond with their peers, which can ultimately be the game changer when it comes to staying in the industry and satisfaction with their chapter experience.

Implementation

We created the Mid-Management Conference in a central location with a big draw, Greenville SC. It was a 2-day event that mid-managers to attend from all over the Carolinas. The education was geared specifically for them and was extremely well attended!
