New Sponsor Welcome

Entry Details

We wanted a way to recognize the commitment of new and upgraded sponsors, and so we created a New Sponsor Welcome template to use on our Chapter Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. This has enhanced our chapter because engaging with our sponsors online is a win/win - it adds value for them and for us. We are thanking them, but they are getting to see, repost and engage with the post.

Implementation

We created the template and work with the sponsors on the information they would like on it. We use a blurb about their company, their logo and contact information. The members love this, celebrate the new sponsors with us, and keeps them in the loop about who we are working with and who they should be prepared to engage with as well.
