This has helped the chapter members come together and created chapter cohesion culture.

The chapter members still are asking questions and emails are still being sent out.

Implementation

In beginning of the pandemic and operating restrictions were coming so quickly many club managers in the chapter were turning to the chapter MD for help. In response to the many questions from chapter members one email was sent out and as responses came back to the MD, the answers were compiled and sent out frequently. This helped eliminate the amount of emails the chapter member had to deal with. Compiling the information onto a spreadsheet aided the club manager at their emergency board meetings and making operation decisions in a ever changing environment. The chapter members were thrilled with the flow and level of information in this unimaginable time.
