The Pandemic was the most difficult set of circumstances that our clubs will and perhaps might ever face.  Keeping them up-to-date on ever-changing information was difficult.  Sharing education that allowed them to keep pace with these changes was crucial

Implementation

Detailed operational surveys, peer groups and pulse surveys was key to a successful and important component of our education and member information system.  Our members participated in great numbers and anticipated the information.  The information was crucial for clubs to supply to their boards and operational teams as benchmarks to consider in their own operations. Quick and consistent information was key.
