During a tough time, the Chapter Board thought best to poll and survey area clubs and club leaders to capture staffing strategies to share. This was an enough to share resources and pull together during the pandemic and post pandemic staffing challenges.

Implementation

Survey- The Board released a Staffing Strategies Survey within the week to the Chapter and area Clubs as an opportunity for fellow managers to unite and share an open dialogue relative to the staffing challenges that most are experiencing. The survey asked for one representative from each Club to participate and share information pertaining to recruitment strategies.  The survey results were loaded and formatted and shared with participants. The survey was applauded and managers found it to be most helpful.
