The Georgia Chapter, Stronger Because of its Specific Communities

Listening to the wants and needs of the Ga Chapter membership has helped form these specific communities. Some have their own specific target audience, but others target the chapter as a whole, i.e. our Fireside Chats led by the Membership Committee. Time is precious for all and forming these communities has helped our members individually pick what they feel is important. Based on feedback other options will be added in the future.

Implementation

Our communities have developed from the brainstorming of our committees. A community increases in participation because of slight changes made from one meeting to the next acknowledging and implementing suggestions from participants. I.E. frequency, topic, location.
