Three Speakers

Instead of having one speaker for six hours, we did three, under one competency area.

Implementation

Our chapter booked three speakers under one competency area, Facility Management.  The speakers spoke on three different topics.  Attendees thought it was a nice change, easy to pay attention and very useful information on a competency area which doesn't get covered often.   And having the active shooter training as the final speaker at the end of the day was energizing.
