Virtual Meeting Survival Kit

To make a three hour virtual meeting more appealing and have a different way to promote our corporate sponsors, our managing director created the idea of a Virtual Survival Kit. The kits were personally delivered by the managing director to each chapter member's club or home, giving the personal touch so needed after months of uncertain times.

Implementation

Our Managing Director emailed our corporate sponsors and asked if they would be willing to donate an item to the bag and could also place any literature or promotional flyers they wanted.  The vendors were thrilled with the idea or getting products in the hands of our members. The survival kits were enjoyed as part of a three hour virtual education session.  The chapter members were thrilled with the unexpected survival kit contents and the extra effort survival kit delivery.
