World Conference Orientation

Entry Details

We wanted to give our chapter's first time attendees at San Diego a jump start to CMAA’s First Time Conference Attendee Gathering at World Conference so created a virtual First Time Attendee Zoom for members to connect in a small group, be introduced to each other, receive  tips and tricks and ask questions in a small space before venturing to their first World Conference.

Implementation

We had 22 first timers go to San Diego this past year, which is a large group. The time spent on this was beneficial to each of them and helped give them a leg on on what they needed to know to ace the week.
