CMAA ClubCareers provides a wealth of career information and services for members, non-members, search firms, and clubs looking for professional management personnel.
Since the inception of ClubCareers in 2003, the site has showcased thousands of jobs across four unique job boards: The Management Openings list (MOL), The Mid-Management Career Opportunities Listing (MMCO), Entry-Level Job Opportunities (ELO), and the Internship Listing. In recent years, we have added new resources including professional coaching and résumé/LinkedIn services.
A great deal of the success of Career Services depends upon the partnership of the National Headquarters with its more than 40 chapters. ClubCareers provides the mechanism for hiring the best professional for any club. Per the Code of Ethics, the Career Services Chairman is responsible for informing the National Headquarters of any openings in your area so that we may discuss the utilization of the MOL.
If you have any thoughts, concerns, or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact us.

More than 20 percent of US workers are now impacted by pay transparency laws. While there is not currently a federal regulation in effect, many state and local laws require salary and benefit disclosure on job advertisements. Current requirements exist in CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA* as well as the cities of Ithaca, NY; Jersey City, NJ, New York City, NY; Westchester County, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Toledo, OH; and Washington, DC, and pending legislation exists in many other localities. All clubs should confirm their disclosure requirements with their state office of labor/employment/industry.
