Special Club Features
Rich Harvest Farms is an ultra-private golf club in Sugar Grove, IL. Located approximately 50 miles due west of Chicago, it was home to the 2009 LPGA Solheim Cup, 2017 NCAA Men and Women Division I Golf National Championships.
Hosting a number of unique events each year for the membership and owner, Rich Harvest Farms is truly a one-of-a-kind facility for members, guests, and employees.

Brief Job Description
Rich Harvest Farms is an unique ultra-private golf club located 50 miles west of downtown Chicago. The selected individuals will be run through every facet of banquet service, hotel service, event operations and assist in other capacities dealing with golf operations, a la carte dining and housekeeping. Additionally, Rich Harvest Farms offers single-day rotations through our Grounds / Argonomy Department, Sales and Marketing Department, and the 501 3(c) Kids Golf Foundation. Individuals will be able to learn and experience these operations in a much lower volume setting, permitting a more thorough understanding of the day-in day-out business they are looking to pursue a career in.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates need to be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and / or overtime during our open season. Candidates must also be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, varying weather conditions, and lift 50lbs without restriction. Rich Harvest Farms prefers candidates that are available for the entire season (approximately May 1st through October 31st) but may be able to make accommodations for summer or fall only internships.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
Educational Requirements
Candidates within a hospitality-degree related program or similar program, business, sports management, and other degree programs are welcome to apply. This position does not need to be for internship credit to apply. Candidates taking this position for internship credit need to relate all needed academic coursework in a timely manner. Recent graduates are welcome to apply as well.

Other Benefits
Individuals selected for the position will be paid $12.00 per hour overtime eligible. On-site housing is available for out-of-area staff for $150.00 per month which includes all utilities, and own bedroom / bathroom. Additional benefits are uniforms provided free of charge (Rich Harvest Farms does ask individuals to bring their own sportjacket, dress shirts, and dress shoes), Pro Shop discount of cost +10%, and playing privileges at restricted times. Although on-site housing is available individuals will need their own vehicle for transportation to and from work.
