Have you ever gone on a trip, and something happened on the trip that was different than the way you dreamed it before you went?

In a recent coaching conversation with a manager, I listened intently. She talked about this month of “back to…”

The word retreat has been a common one for me in the past month. I have had the chance to facilitate some leadership retreats for some wonderful teams.

I know what you are thinking, well why not now? Exactly!

Part of the brilliance of growing up in our lives and our careers, comes from not knowing and learning in our own way. Having said that, wouldn’t it have been nice if we could have avoided a few of the pitfalls?

Most people who have seen me speak live in the past 10 years might remember that I often start my presentations with music for the right-brain people, and for the left-brain people I normally start by giving four numbers out.

Like most people on the planet, I will not have the experience of winning “The Masters” in this life but I do have the experience of dreaming it.

Love letters create energy, passion, appreciation, awareness, clarity, and joy. What a great time in our lives it is to access these things.
