This is a one-time fee for any cancelled reservation regardless of the time period in which they are cancelled.

CMAA is actively working with ConferenceDirect and hotels in Nashville to add availability to our room block. However, CMAA is competing with several other meetings and conferences in Nashville at the same time. Please refer back to the booking website as it is updated in real time and will have the most accurate availability. In the meantime, you are encouraged to book at the hotel showing the largest majority of your desired stay and contact ConferenceDirect to modify your reservation should you need to add days or move hotels. Please note that availability changes often and CMAA cannot guarantee future availability.

We’d love to see you in Nashville and understand you may opt to book one of the many hotels in proximity to the Music City Center. Nashville is a small city that is easy to get around, so access to CMAA’s World Conference should still be convenient.
