25 Days of the Holidays
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The 25 Days of the Holidays was sparked when we recognized two major areas working for the club during this different time. The two areas that we combined were technology and bulk wine sales. Each day of December leading to Christmas we advertised a different F&B special that could be ordered by calling front desk and safely picked up with our contactless pick-up program. Several days we incorporated other departments such as Golf Shop which led to educational opportunities during the videos too! The extraordinary success of this program was shown through member engagement and increase of package revenue.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The 25 Days of the Holidays was implemented through our F&B team sending out videos to our membership each day of December leading to Christmas Day. The various Colleton River team members brought new, fun, and value focused specials in the homes of our members. The members LOVE the convenient and safe pick up system from their Nicklaus Clubhouse. Member engagement, value orientation, and safety of our community were all achieved in this creative holiday program!
