How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2020, being flexible and positive was key. There were a variety of challenges that the year presented, one of them being how to provide phenomenal service for our members in a safe, healthy environment. When our restaurant was shut down for the months of March and April, our team had to get creative. Burger Night was a way for members to come enjoy dinner and camaraderie, all in the comfort and safety of their car.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Champions Run members were instructed to follow the outlined flow of traffic through our parking lot, where they were greeted by our staff with coloring sheets for kids and menu of the burgers being served. Different stations were set up for the members: a station to take their order, a station to pick up a treat for their dogs, a station to grab an adult beverage, and lastly, to pick up their order to go. We also had games and activities for kids to do from their car and LIVE music! Members loved this event so much that we did it again in the April, for Memorial Day, and for Night of Lights in December. Each time we did this event, we improved on the speed and flow of traffic so it was relatively seamless.
