$50 Ideas

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We started an incentive program called ‘$50 Ideas’ with our staff. The premise is simple: think of a great idea that the club can implement – and hopefully make money off of – and we will give you $50! It has caused amazing workplace engagement with our staff, all trying to come up with great ideas that we could use at the club. Some of the winners have even included our Shark Week themed event at the pool!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We implemented this to engage our staff. Soon, everyone began to find out about the $50 ideas. To the point, now we have members and their kids pitching us ideas and asking, “Well, is that a $50 idea?” It’s been a very fun way to expand creativity and engage both are staff and membership with new and creative ideas at the Champions Run!
