50 Wines by the Glass
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Utilizing the Coravin Argon Gas System, Ansley expanded its Wine By The Glass program to include a selection of 50 wines. Every major wine style is now represented by the endeavor. This gives our service staff a broad selection of wines to pair with the creative culinary dishes prepared by our Master Chef, Kevin Walker. The wide variety also makes each visit to the 1912 Grille more experiential, as each dish and wine has an “out of the box” perfect pairing.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The 50 Wines BTG program significantly improved margins, taking advantage of BTG pricing through our distributors, reducing waste through argon gas, and increasing sales. Our members are now able to enjoy the perfect wine for their experience, while saving the club money
