How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our members love to recognize their fellow friends and family, so we thought a tangible, graphically-driven publication would be an excellent way to promote member achievements each year.

A commemorative yearbook-style publication of accomplishments is a great way to create a sense of community amongst members.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Sporting departments across the Club submit their top tournament results to the Communications team. The results and photos are compiled into our Club Champions publication, which is then mailed to all members – digitally and physically.

Work with your sporting departments to create a content schedule – collection of results, design layout, edits, final review. Whether it’s throughout the year, quarterly, or monthly, encourage departments to share their results and photos in central, easy -to-access location. If iPhone is the preferred mobile device across the club, a shared photo album makes compiling photos a breeze.
