How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Social Media is shaping our world and the needs of its consumers. Farmington Fitness has been adapting to make programming more accessible to members and reach a larger audience than ever before. Using Farmington’s Social Media platforms, the Communications Department began posting monthly Move of the Month videos to Farmington's YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The video postings have helped merge the Fitness Department’s needs and boost convenience to the members. Posting the Move of the Month online and on the Fitness Center digital TV display cross promotes fitness programming, Club communications and member engagement. Members are now able to see familiar faces (their Fitness staff) in a new and exciting light!
