The new retail pricing model, based on a cost-plus-20% structure, has transformed our shop by offering competitive, transparent pricing that resonates with members. How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The goal of the new pricing model was to make our pro shops the “First Choice” for members' personal shopping, holiday gifts, and special occasions.
