It has allowed us to hire staff eager to work for the summer months outside of the state of RI without having to utilize J-1 or H2B workers.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This has been implemented through hiring staff from PR to work at the Club seasonally. The members adore and appreciate the staff from PR and have been noting how our staffing has really improved over the past few years and how respectful, polite, and friendly our staff is.
