Affinity Groups have played a significant role in enhancing club operations by fostering a deeper member engagement, creating opportunities for connection, and improving overall member satisfaction. These groups which bring together members with shared interests or life stages, have helped us personalize the club experience, ensuring that members feel more connected to the club and to one another.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea of implementing Affinity Groups was inspired by our House Committee and efforts of trying to find a home for all members at the club. By providing opportunities for members with diverse life stages and interests to connect, we strengthen the sense of community at the club. The members reactions have been positive as they express how much they value the opportunity to connect with others who share similar life experiences, whether it's navigating career challenges or bonding over shared parenting stories.
