We have been able to pinpoint F&B related information in seconds by downloading the clubs F&B data to the AI engine. It has saved us plenty of time and has solved many questions during a construction period for the club.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Taking note of the memberships likes and dislikes, peak periods we were able to adapt our operations to be more well suited and deliver seamless membership experiences.
