How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The concept of this idea for our club has enhanced different ways in which the kitchen can prepare and cook different ideas, as well as using our club to it's full potential. This idea is taken place on the Golf Course but can be taken place on Croquette courts or even a garden.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
We have a maximum number of members we allow at these dinners. The members' reactions are phenomenal. They absolutely love the Al Fresco dinners because it's not things they normally eat here at the Country Club and it's all fresh from the garden we have.
