Anniversary Celebrations Launch

Description

This year, our Club celebrated the one-year anniversary of a new Fitness/Racquet Sports Complex. Knowing the facility touches many different members of all ages, with varied interests, who are short on spare time, we decided to host a celebration weekend rather than a traditional party. The celebration as a whole was themed “Eat, Play, Love” – a nod to the many different ways members can enjoy the complex.

Implementation

With three days of events and activities throughout fitness, racquet sports, and our fast casual café, we were able to bring together groups of like-minded members to have fun and celebrate in many ways. The wide array of events included everything from a menu launch to check-in celebrations, a staff and member dodgeball event, and a fall kickoff for racquet sports. Members were excited to celebrate the anniversary and try new things. Many of the events were so popular that they will become a part of department fall kickoff programs for years to come.
